    Probation violation
    If you are on probation and you are caught tresspassing and they brough another charge on you how long will you spend in jail

    There will be a probation violation hearing on the probation. At that hearing the judge will determine what the punishment should be. It could be jail time, it could be more probation time. Then the person would have to go before another judge on the trespassing charge.
