    Choosing efficiency - 2 brands heating/central air
I've been quoted an arcoaire 16 seer, and gas furnace 95%. Can't seem to find much info on arcoaire. Also received quote on a Goodman. Of the two which brand have your customers had better luck with (long-term performance)?
    Thank you for your time.

Get a third quote. I have found through the past few years that its hard to get goodman to stand behind their unit and get warranty credit, and inturn if the service company can't get credit its passed on to the home owner to make up the difference. The company I'm with now works on all major brands and warranties the major brands but goodman is the worst to make a warranty claims with.
