    Pump primeing
    I recentaly replaced a fresh water tank in my 5th wheel camper--now I can't get the pump to prime. Made sure connections were correct-all OK! Anyone with an idea?

    Look on the impeller housing and you will see a 1/4 threaded hole. This hole usually has a plug in it but might have a gage instead. Shut the pump off and take the plug out. Pour water into the hole until it overflows. Screw the plug back in and turn on the pump. You should be starting to build up pressure now. Good luck, Tom

Sewage pump/ejector pump [ 2 Answers ]

My sewage/ejector pump sometimes won't shut itself off. It has gradually gotten worse as time goes by. What could be causing this? Any suggestions appreciated.
