    Lien amount increasing?
I have a lien against me for $4800 from a personal loan. I own my home. I can make payments on this lien but that would be a real hardship as my income is low. If I just let lien be paid with sale of house or from my estate will the lien amount increase unabated?

Most judgements accrue interest at the 'legal' rate, as set forth by your state government. So, yes, interest on the debt is compounding.
