    Can we get custody?
My fiance's daughter was living with her grandma. We think the grandma and grandpa have custody of his daughter and he has lost his rights. The grandma passed away and the grandpa is a truck driver who is gone all week. The mother of the child is a crack addict but is clean of crack at this moment. We need to know if he lost his rights if he will be able to get them back and regain custody of his daughter? We don't even know where to start. We live in Ohio and she lives in Florida.
