If you have a volt ohm meter, (Radio shack has them cheap) You might want to try to pop off the sunroof switch and check to see if you have 12 volts on one of the switch wires. If you do have 12 volts at the switch, then it may be a bad switch, or a bad motor for moving the sunroof (Or possible loose connection or shorted wires between the switch and motor). If you do not see 12V at the switch then check your fuses. This advice is from a do or die "do it yourselfer". I hate dealerships, but that might be the best bet with this one. Hope this helps..
