If she is charged with theft under 5000, wat will be the scenario and how long do they have to charge her with, also wat sort of evidence to they need. if she is charged with theft over 5000 wat is likely to happen and how long do they have to play it out. please let me know,
    thanks alot

Where did this happen? I would "guess" Canada - ?

As a side note - were you involved in this? I wondered why you are interested and aren't simply staying away in case she names names - including yours.

The company gets to pick who to pursue - for whatever reason (and perhaps they think she was the ringleader) they have chosen her. Sounds like the charge is going to be theft OVER $5,000.

Yes it does sound like it will end up to be over 5000 and it will have several years to file charges.
