    Quit claim before marriage
    If my name were added after the marriage on a quit claim as grantor with my husband when grantee is son where would I stand?

    The 'grantee' is the legal owner of the property. Having said that, I am not following the 'time-line' that you have presented. You may want to add some additional facts to your post to better explain the situation.
