We are under a contract already to buy a house, but did not specify in the contract the need for the carpet to be replaced. Can we still ask for it before closing? It can be part of the inspection report? Thanks

Does anyone have a good receipt for removing urine smell from carpets? I am house training my dachshund, and we are having a few accidents. I know you can get spray from the market, I just thought there might be something I could make at home which would work just as well. Thanks!

Is there a law requiring apartment complexes to replace the carpet in the apartment if they know there have been pets? I was wondering this because I know some people have pet allergies and even if the carpet has been cleansed, you can't always get all the allergins out.
