I am 31 yrs old have not been on birth control for 8 yrs husband had vasectomy I have no kids, my perfect regularity has wavered in the past few years but only 2 or 3 days early/late I am 8 days late but I keep feeling like I've started the past 4 days I get the sensation I've started scurry to the restroom but nothing I am also having to wear a pad just because of moisture its almost as if I've got bladder leakage. w/ a slight ammonia smell but no discharge,no color just moist. No cramps no irritability or bloating although I do normally experience bad pms. Kind of feel achy in the bones but not bad I have a problem w/ my neck it has almost no curve. I had bad ovarian cysts when I was early twenties, I'm not feeling that, I am on 200mg of toporl XL a day exercise the same diet the same maintain a healthy (not skinny) weight I am experiencing some extra stress at work but when I was supposed to start I was on vacation nice and relaxed. I come from a family of hypercondriacs and am always hesitant about going to the DR. not to mention awful insurance. I am not a worrier I'm just feeling confused. When do I worry?

Go to your doctor asap and get checked out. Slight ammonia smell, I think that says it right there.

If u have an ammonia smell it could be a kidney or bladder infection. As for the stress that can definitely effect your cycle and for I supposed to start on your vacation if your like me I would have been wishing it away which sometimes works. But definitely at least do a urine test
