Noise in pipes and leaks @ times
Noise in pipes outside the house, what does that mean? When AC goes on that's when it starts. Also, @ times water leaks on upper deck outside open valve. Any suggestions?

    Is this a new house?

The coil located in the furnace removes humidity in the air and this water has to go somewhere. It can drain into a french drain, or it can be directed outside the house if located in the attic or it can be pumped with a condensate pump.

    This could be normal.

Would this "noise" come from the AC condensate discharge line? What does it sound like? Do you have a pump on your condensate drain? OR, it could come from the pipes from the compressor to the air handler not being properly strapped down
At times water leaks on upper deck outside open valve.
Does this water leak from a open pipe or a leaky faucet? My AC has one. It pumps the condensate up into the attic and then outside. Could you be hearing the vibration from a condensate pump? Regards, tom
