    Drainage fixture units
    I am looking for conversion units, or factors, etc. of Drainage Fixture Units to Gallons per minute for plumbing design calculations. Can anyone give me some directions as to where I can find this information?

    Here's a Rundown on Average Water Usage

    Bath= 30-40 gals.** 3 fixture units
    Shower= 5 gals. Per minute ** 2 fixture units
    Washer= 20-30 gals. ** 3 fixture units
    Toilet=1.6-- -3 1/2 gals per flush ** 4 fixture units
    Lawn watering= 10 gal per minute
