    Carrier Blower
We had to move my our wiring on our Heat Pump Condenser. I am distressed, we forgot to turn off the Air Handler breaker.
The units would not work so we found a 5 amp fuse blown in the Air Handler's circuit board. Replaced this, now the Condenser operates normally but the Air Handler blower will not work.

I don't know what we damaged. The schematic is faded on the Air Handler unit so we are not able to read it. Any suggestions on where to start troubleshooting the blower's voltage? Does anyone have a Schematic on a Carrier Air Handler?
I am an Electronic Tech. so I am very familiar with working with AC voltage but don't know where to start without a schematic.

    Thanks

    Model number?

Usually the blower motors are 220 volts in a heat pump air handler. Just start at the motor and track back to the defective part.

Make sure you did not break off the green thermostat wire going to G on the control board inside the fan coil unit when replacing the fuse. If you can take a jumper wire and jump from R to G on the blower control board and it works. Then you have a bad connection on the thermostat wire or you nocked the thermostat out when it was shorted.
