Trane furnace have no hea coming out
    Hi all

My name is Justyn and I am new to the forum. I have a Trane furnace was installed 6 years ago. Yesterday I notice no heat coming out but the furnace just keep running. I have to the fan to "ON" to cycle the heat. It was working for a little bit and then back to the same problem again. I ended up call Norwest Natural Gas to come out to look at it. I wasn't home when the technician came. But my wife told me that tech said it's a electrical problem. Yesterday I noticed the LED on one of the board keep flashing all the time. I wonder if it has to do anything with that board. And I just change out my air filter 4 days ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    Thanks for the response

THe model is XB80. The technician did come and said that pressure switch malfunction. He even tested out and the switch is operational. I check the manual for LED flashes. It did flashes 3 times which means " pressure switch problem, inducer problem and venting"

Maybe its inducer problem. The pressure switch is already test it by the tech. I guess that can be cross out. I did change the air filter so that can be eliminate too. Unless there is some part in the system that is not clean out that I don't know. I am trying to located the inducer but don't know where. Any thoughts... thanks

((The technician did come and said that pressure switch malfunction. He even tested out and the switch is operational.))

How can it be a malfunction but operational?

    ChecK the vent for obstructions.
Check the draft inducer for problems.
The draft inducer is located in the front of the unit. The drawing and locations of the parts are on the diagram on the inside of the blower door. Good luck.
