In the state of Virginia, Is there a law stating that you have to be buried in a cemetery?

The reason I ask this question, Is cause we live down in a coldersack next to the woods that we own, and we would like to take some of that lot ( which may be about an acer of land) and fence a piece of it off, so we can have a family of, my husband,me and the 2 childern.
