PAY Day Loan - Gone to Small Business Court
    Hi,

Need some professional advice. Took a pay day loan 6 months ago for $750 which I could not pay but now after all these months the company has filed my case with small business court here in Toronto, CANADA. They are asking for $1500 now which includes NSF,Legal, interest charges etc.

What will happen now and what should I do since it has gone the court. I cannot make any payments as I am not working but can pay in installments. What will the court do to me?? Will there we a judgement or something?

    Please advise!!

How do you know you are going to court? Have you been served? I also had payday lons and they told me they were taking it to court, but never did and I was never served.

Could be just scaring you. Unless you have already been served, then I would not know what court will do
