    220 to 110 rec
    Can I grab a Neutral from a different leg to make up a receptical off a 220 leg

    NO. Sorry, I didn't mean to yell. You could reidentify the wires, make correct connections with new receptacle and breaker and then it could be 120 volt receptacle.
