    Your options:

    A) Go to music store, purchase disc, songs already on disc.

    B) Go to an online music store such as Napster or iTunes, purchase and download music files to your computer, write files to a disc using an optical drive that writes CDs or DVDs (software for doing so usually comes with the drive).

    C) Join a file sharing network such as Gnutella or BitTorrent, illegally download music files, write files to a disc as in B above, get sued by RIAA for copyright infringement, and enjoy financial ruin.

First, your computer will need a cd burner, do you have that?

Second, you will need to get the music into your computer by downloading a digital music source.

When you place a blank cd into the computer, it should bring up a list of options such as
Open folder to view files, burn a data cd, burn a music cd, etc.

Choose burn an audio cd. Then, just open the folder that contains the music files, and drag the ones you want to copy into the burn list pane. When you have them all in the burn pane, click burn, and your done.
