    printer cartridges from lexmark printers
    can I use the ink cartridges from a x1270 and install it into a z730?

    According to Lexmark's website, the cartridges are not interchangeable. The x1270 (an all-in-one) uses cartridge numbers 16, 17, 26, 27, while the z730 (a printer only) uses cartridge number 1.
