    My last check was withheld
    I did not give notice to my former employer does he have the right to withhold my last paycheck?

    He can hold your paycheck until the regular payday but not longer.

    Hello not:

    Twink is right.

    If you don't receive your check on your next regular payday, I'd be in small claims court the next day suing 'em.
