    Uk dependent visa
    Hi,
    I'm from pakistan.my husband is in uk with a work permit visa for 5 years.can he sponsored me?what documents are required?how much time it take to reach him?

    Normally if your spouse has employment based visa, and you are legally married, you are eligible for dependent visa, which is non-immigrant visa.

    You will need a copy of all his documents, passport and reference letter from his employer to verify his legal status.
