    Underground wiring
    Dad and I are going to install underground wiring from house to shed so he has a light and a plug in,we don't want to put condut in. What is the best wire and what gague should it be? It is probably about a 100 ft. run

    12/3UF. This way you can get two circuits from the one cable.
    ALL cables like this needs protection where they are exposed to any possibility of damage.
