What is the IP address for each network card? For the Cameras?

What type of routers/swithces do you have in place? What is connected to each? Can you draw out a diagram of how everything is connected.

Basically, you are most likely looking at a situation where the cameras/PC A and the PC A/B are on separate physical/subnet networks. If you can answer the above questions, it would be much easier to determine your situation.

Also, what operating system is on computer A? Depending on the setup of the network, you could turn that computer into a router, so it could relay the information from the A-B network, to the network with the cameras on it.
