    Logging on to Orange Webmail
    Hi, I am new to this site and this is my first question. I am not a computer techie but have navigated through a number of problems in the past. However, this one is beyond me - I have been logging into Orange Webmail for a long time and today for the first time ever I am unable to get past the login page - I keep getting thrown back to login with the message incorrect username or password. None of these are incorrect as I have used the them for years. Any clues please? Many thanks. Chris

    Try to log on to your account from a different computer at a different location. If it works, the problem is on your computer or network. If it doesn't work, you will need to contact Orange Customer Service to reset password or check status on account.
