    Indiana wildcard exemption
Can I use the wildcard exemption to keep my Tax Revitalization check in Indiana? I have 3 children and my spouse so the check would be for about $2100? If so, which form do I use. I am filing my bankruptcy myself and the Trustee is telling me that he wants that check. I need to do whatever I can to keep it in order to get the rest of my bills caught up. Also, do I file that under the wild card exemption or something else? Thank you!!

A tax revitalization check is the check that all americans that pay taxes are scheduled to get in May. It is also called a Tax INcentive check. It is about $600 per adult taypayer and $300 per child. I want to know how I can keep the trustee from taking this in my bankruptcy.
