Per diem income & child support
I'm sure this is probably changes from State to State, but does anyone know if per diem income can be counted as income when calculating child support?

Per diem is nrmally money paid for expenses, when you travel on business or other job related expenses. If you can prove that this money is not income merely repayment of money paid out, this will all need to be shown in court
