    How much vistation rights does the father have if we aren't married or in a realationship?

    It depends... does he pay child support? Is it "good faith" support or is it court ordered? Generally as long as parental rights are intact, he has the right to see the children whenever he wishes within reason as long as it does not disrupt the general routine (school, sleep, activities) and welfare of the children.
