    What's the likelihood I am pregnant?
    Me and my boyfriend had sex last night and I took the morning after pill just 9 hours later.
    But I get really worried as I am not ready for children.
    The pharmacist that prescribed the morning after pill said there was an 84% chance that it would prevent pregnancy.
    But is this a realistic percentage, because the 16% chance that I could be pregnant worries me.
    And I wouldn't be able to find out about if I was pregnant for up to 5 weeks and that would mean me worrying about being pregnant for up to five weeks.
    Any help appreciated.

    I'm sorry but you're in the waiting game now. Its true, the morning after pill is not 100% affective. Only time will tell if you become pregnant this cycle.

    Yes, there is a 10 to 16 percent chance that you could be pregnant, that is why of course you do not have sex without using two forms of birth control or just don't have sex until you are ready to have a baby.

    But at this point you have to just wait.
