Currently USCIS has put a lot of I-751 cases on hold due to insufficient evidence by postpone the result for another year. So you can use your existing documents plus a notice. After a year you will have to notify them of your status with some update info, such as tax return, etc.

In most cases, applicants need to go in for an interview. Many failed because USCIS officer found out they no longer live together. Since many federal government offices share database, including USCIS, DMV, SSA, and DOJ so I would suggest that the divorce should be put on hold until this removal of condition is over.

I do not have details of your I-751 package so it's hard to tell whether your case will be approved right away or not, but for now, I would say be prepared and maintain relationship/friendship with your husband so he won't cause any problem at the interview.
    Good luck.
