    Commercial eviction
What are the chain of events on a commercial eviction. Ex: Landlord goes to court and you have 30 days?

    Landlord gives you written notice,

You refuse to leave as he asks

    Landlord files in court
You are served notice of court
At court you wlil have 3 days to 30 days depending on court, and judge

The issue here is that the landlord has already asked you to leave so the court is only forcing you to do what you were already told to do by landlord
