Anager management issues
I am an 11 year old girl and I have anger management issues. Ever since I was 5 I've had to see a thereapist and when I was 5-7 years old I used to start fights over anything I could, and when I was 7-9 I stopped but when I was 9-11 I've started again, any advice?

Stop yourself when you get angry (I know it can be hard but your just asking shows me you can do it). You have to stop and ask yourself things like is it worth it? What are some constructive ways I can handle this? Think outside the box and come up with some ways to deal with things where you aren't getting angry or revenge but they KNOW you got the last 'say' so to speak.
