Where or Who do I contact
My husband has been jailed for failure of child support. His x wife has contacted AG's office in TX. She has always said that her 2 girls are not my husbands. She wants him to relinquish parental rights. How do we go about relinquishing his parental rights. Only problem with him in jail we have no money for an attorney:confused:

    Wait a minute!!
For government , etc. it is not important who their biological father is.Your husband IS their legal father. If he relinquishes his rights he will not be able to escape from his child support payments.

Yes depending on the state *if in the US**, he will have to file a motion for a DNA test to prove he is not the father, and go to court to be taken off the birth certificate.
He can not just sign his rights away, and if the court allows it, that still does not stop the child support he has to pay anyway.
