    If this is something investment related, you might do better posting on the investing forum. If this is indeed accounting, what does "must be marked to mark" mean? Could you clarify what you mean by that?

    Third, if this is homework, we are not here just to give you answers to your own homework (or tests). In that case, you need to make an attempt to answer the question first and then we can let you know if you're correct or not. With true/false, an explanation of why you think what you do would help, because otherwise you have a 50/50 chance of getting it right anyway.
