    How do I sugn custody over without a fight or being broke
    I am trying to sign custody of my 2 year old to her father and we aren't going to argue about it we are really good friends still how would I do this the easy way:confused:

    Go to family court and tell the Judge that you want him to have custody and you can have joint or partial custody.

    Well if you are broke, you can contact the legal aid society in your area and see if they will file the paper work. Or just have the child live with you till you can get to court ( afford to)

    If you are on good terms just let your child live with him. If there is an issue of child support then you may have to go through the courts to get that stopped. You can go to your local Family Court and ask for the forms to petiton the court to change custody.
