    What are the laws in Kentucky pertaining to theft/larceny over 200,000.00 dollars over a two year period, and violating drug cultivation and manufacturing laws?? Can you give info on repercussions

    Regardless of what the ky law is, the time is going to be quite a lot that whoever did this will spend in prison.

    Hello CL:

    It's not as simple as that. These are serious felony's you're listing. If one is convicted of all the offenses you mention, and has a prick for a judge, he could spend the next 15 years in the slam.

    Cultivating pot is a federal offense too. If THEY catch you, it could even be worse.

    Depends on who gets their hands on you first - Kentucky or the Feds. If it's the Feds... not good news.
