    I need to be 107.1
For cheerleading next year, I need to weigh 107.1
    Hey you,
I just have a quick question. So, as you know I'm trying to lose some weight before next August because I want to try out for the H.S. volleyball team. Also, I need to get back into shape for Kung-fu. I'm not particularly fat or anything like that. I weigh about 118, am 14 in less than a month, female, and about 5'7. So, what I need is the following:

    1) Gain muscle definition in my arms, stomach and legs.

    2) Lose some of the 'baby fat' that I've acquired.

    3) Be a stronger person with more endurance for things like running etc.

    4) And finally, I'm looking for a type of diet, no not really a diet just some healthier options to help me out.

    I'm fairly certain that 107 pounds for a 5'7" isn't healthy.
I know more go into weight determination than just gender and height alone, but regardless, that goal seems unusual.

    Hi,
I have a 14 year old step daughter and she just lost her baby fat and its something which will go away so don't sweat over that.
Start walking and then jogging to build endurance.Pilates helps tone the tummy and some free weights would help with the arms.Look on you tube for specific exercises
