    Grandparents support
    My daughter and grand daughter have been living with us for more than 3 mouths and money is getting tight can we make the father pay support legally?

    She needs to go to court and file for child support.

    The child's mothers will have to file for support from the father,

    Is there a child support custody order in place ?
    Is there a court ordered child support order in place ?

    Has child support enforcement been notified?
    How many times has the child's mother taken the father back to court for payment of the support
