    A country song

    I heard a song on the radio. It's COUNTRY. I don't know who sings it or the title but it talks about how her boyfriend left her and the man singing talks about how she is probably tired of loving but if she wants to "lay her love" on him. Please help me and let me know if you know what this song is.:)

    "You Have The Right to Remain Silent" -Perfect Stranger
    -this song is often mistaken as being titled "Lay Your Love on Me" since those are the closing words of the chorus:

    Chorus
    You have the right to remain silent, anything that you say as I hold you against me
    Will forever be a secret, between us two
    I've been wanting you, but you didn't know it, and know that he's gone, at last I can show it
    If your heart is tired for the rest of your life, lay your love on me

    (this was from memory, I hope it's right)

    A one hit-wonder, that makes me wonder why they were, this was a great song and group in my opinion!
