My niece is 18 with 3 kids and another one on the way daughter is 3, son is 2, daughter is 1 and she is 6 months pregnant with fourth. She do not want her son who is two she will tell you in a minute he was a mistake. Right now her mother has her 3 year old and she takes her back and fourth over to see her mother on her off days. She still have the one year old for now, but the father wants to get custody of their one year old. And her 16 year old sister has the 2 year old son. Her sister is not in school, but is thinking about going to job court. I am 37, work, and I have a 21 year old, 16 year old and a 12 year old. My niece do have here on place now and she is working, but she does nothing for her son she treats him wrong when she did have him, we all love him and want the best for him, but his aunt cannot continue to support him. I would like to get him when my niece who has him now go to job court. What would I have to do? So that I will be in control of his well-being and have the right to take him to appt. and stuff and get assistance from the state if needed. His mother will do her part far as signing what she needs to because she do not want him anyway please help??

You should first go to Family Court and file for Guardianship. The court should help you with the rest.

Getting on soapbox, your niece is an argument for mandatory sterilization!
