    My Husband Has A Judgment Against Him And We Believe There Will Be More In The Futurethis Is All Connected To Id Theife Around Five Years Ago. It's Real Estate In Texas 2 Or 3 Million Dollars. We Filed Police Report In Our Resident State Of N.y. We Accepted That His Credit Will Forever Be Destroyed. We Could Never Afford Finacilally To Fight In The Courts. We Are
    Retired He On Disabilty. He Also Has Two Pensions. If His Name Is Not On Our Home In Ny Can It Be Touched? We Also Have Amobile Home In Fl. With Both Our Names On It . We Pay Lot Rent There. Can They Take Any Profit We Get If We Sell It?

    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    The likelihood is your primary residence will be exempt. But you should be sending a copy of the police report to all these creditors.

    Ok, first because of ID theft, no your credit should not be ruined at all after you notify the reporting agency of this and challenge the debt.

    And all you do is demand proof for the debt, if they continue, appear in court and present this to the judge as ID theft

    And there should be no debts or judgement from the ID theft on your record and all judgements should have never happened when you appeared in court and showed your evidence.
