Do bonds (payable) issued in exchange for land show on Cash flow
If a business issues bonds payable in exchange for land, is the transaction reported in a separate schedule on the statement of cash flows?

Anything that is considered "significant" is reported at the bottom of the cash flow in a section called something like "Significant Non-Cash Items." This is not part of the normal three sections that show on a cash flow statement, because there was a trade made that did not directly involve cash. But since it's an important tranactions, they still want to make note that it happened.
