    Adding your wife to house deed
    we we bought our home we were not married and i got a va loan in my name. how do i get my wifes'name on the deed? just incase something should happen to me it would be easier for her.

    At the top of the Real Estate Law forum there is a sticky post that explains how to add someone to a deed.

    Also you can make a will, ( every simple and not costly) that would insure she gets it. If you don't have a will, you should have one anyway.
