    Birth control
I missed my monthly cycle for March. I am not pregnant because I have not had sex. My doctor said it was okay to start my birth control pills!! I am starting the BCP"s on March 30th---what if my cycle starts around April 9th---!! Bascially, I just need to make sure I won't become pregnant!! I just haven't had to use BCP's for over 18 years-----so I just want to make sure!!

I don't understand your question. If you start the pills on the 30th why would your cycle start on the 9th? And they say you have to be on the pill for at least a few weeks before you're really protected by it. So you can't rely on it right away anyway.

I was wondering if you have been taking birth control for a really long time and you think you might be pregnant. Could the birth control screw up the results?
