First off let me say I have no remote for the TV or the vcr they turn on by a universal remote. I also have Dish sattellite. I have it hooked up okay now I hope but now I can't view the vcr or dvd movies that are running. The vcr plays the movie and I can hear it but I can't see it . I get the channel picture still on the screen but vcr sound. It is very funny but would rather be entertained watching my video instead. Please help. darma:) :)

Wiring should go out of Sat into VCR, Out of VCR into TV. Select the correct input, Make sure audio and video are both using same input(1,2, etc.. )

I haven't see your work around for a while, I hope all is well.

Some easy questions for you.

1) Describe the connection of the dish to the DTV receiver. (b) Is it an HD DVR type device with two wires from the dish to the Input of the DTV Receiver?

2) Your TV, what are the connection points for HD component, HDMI. Composite or RF receivers? (b) Does you TV have Video and Audio "Our"


3) Your VCR, what type of connections for input and output do you have? (b) Describe the input and output port of your VCR.

If you happen to have the manufacturer's name, model and serial number for the components, I may be able to find them on the web and figure this out for you.
