    Underage Consumption
    I am 18 years old and was recently charged with underage consumption of alcohol in the state of Delaware. I blew pretty high; I believe it was around 1.5 . My adult record is clean besides this charge. My juvenile record is pretty bad but I want to know what my consequences will be and if they will suspend my license. Any suggestions on this or tips for court?

    Were you driving when you got caught??

    Get an attorney, here in Atlanta, if you go to the State Court if you have an attorney and it is your first time, you get to wash police cars a few weekends, or work at the homeless mission for a few nights and they drop all the charges,

    So get an attorney and maybe you will get away with hopefully a lesson learned

    Underaged drinking and driving definitely needs an attorney to solve properly, but it will be costly. Just think of the 6 pack as being outrageously expensive and learn a good lesson. There was a guy I knew who had underaged drinking charge in Ohio and he ended up in jail for 6 months. So I definitely would get an attorney in on this movie.
