    H1B visa
    Hi I am H1B visa holder and I received W-2 and 1099 misc which forms tax I have to fill if I am nonresident alien?

    You will file 1040NR. Then for 1099-misc income you will file schedule C. On the income on schedule C, you will pay SE taxes as H1-B income is subject to FICA taxes. You will file schedule SE.
