    Black Spot on face !
    Hi,

    I am 27 yrs old guy having problem of dark spots :( . Actually my sking is oily Please Suggest some medicines to remove black spot from my face. Also please suggest to keep sking glowing.

    Is it a black head?
    What kind of foods do you eat?
    Do you take medicines?

    For one thing you can take flaxseed oil for healthy skin.
