    Garmin GPS vs PSP
    Hi ,
I am interested in buying a Garmin GPS but one of my friend suggested me to buy a PSP & download maps on it to use it as GPS. This option seems much cheaper but I am not sure what works best. Can someone share their experience or suggestions on this.
    Regards,

I have a Garmin GPS both a dash unit, plus I have the Garmin on my lap top computer that has so many extra's I can't count them,

I have tried and own a couple of other brands, but none of them work in my opinon as well as my Garmin does.

I would go with the garmin because the onoy way I can think psp would work is with the wifi option, and you have to be near a hot spot for it to work.
