    Is this OK?
You see my friend is 16yrs old.
    He likes this girl.
    She is 18 yrs old.
    She likes him back.
He doesn't know whether its is right to get with her because of the age.
Is it okay for them to get together?

Well, I believe for them to date, it's all right... for them to have a sexual relationship, not so OK.

Also, there may be a problem in relating with one another as the 18 year old girl should be thinking ahead for college or a job, while the 16 year old still has 2 years of HS left... but if they can vibe well together, then... I see no harm.

    For sex: legally, probably not.

2 years is a big difference in HS, not so much in real life. If your friend is looking to hook up... find some one his own age. If they have a real connection... try dating.

If they like each other enough to date that's up to them.
