I'm stuck in the hospital and using my laptop. They have wireless internet for the public but ruin it with "dansguardian". I can't go to sites such as "full tilt poker" and even some news web sites get blocked by it. Oddly, myspace was hit or miss on what profiles I could view. Not sure why some worked and others get blocked. Anyway they don't give the password to anyone I guess so I get stuck with only a fraction of the internet. Wish they would at least relax the security a bit. Proxy sites are useless and I must say nothing seems to work. Some sites that claim to be able to show how to get around must work because they get blocked by dan when you try to view the info. I'm so bored I'm going crazy so if you can help I will be very gratefull.

If you have the ability to use the internet, so you can't go to some sites that are considered possible threats or restricted, You do the ones you can.

Sorry they have rules for reason and security of networds are done for resons

We here at AMHD cannot help you get around any sort of administrative restrictions imposed on a School, Work, or any other network not owned and operated by yourself. These restrictions can include (but are not limited to): Website Blocking policies, Software Installation policies, Email retention policies, Software Configuration policies, Network/Internet usage policies, Network Configuration policies, Forum or Chat Room Bans, Game Server Bans, or any other actions that are deemed "unauthorized" by the owners/administrators of the network in question.
